Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep alsso make the room environcment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

If Your child is trying to sleep for even 10 hours in a day at this age through and through then that’s going to be very very good because that is the minimum mount of sleep a child should be having it should be 12 hours do but if your child is eating sleeping for 10 hours and that’s good
