#asktheexpert hello doctor.. is it okay to give egg daily to a 19 months old gal..? however she eats only egg white . plz suggest..

SanthoshiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. After one year you can introduce non veg and one whole egg including white and yellow. After one year digestion will be good and and early non veg foods will lead to stomach issues and upsets and unwanted vomiting and more.
