some days ago when i measured my weight i was 73 kgs .. my weight is stuck nd i want to loose weight .. i m eating healthy nd breastfeeding my baby.. besides this i m doing all household work along with managing the baby.. there is no help from my in laws, i want to loose this weight pls help me
