#AskTheExpert hello doctor....I am 29 year old ...I have one 3year old baby girl ...after my delivery....I have hyperthyroid..... but last report of TSH was normal....pls suggest me something doctor....my weight is 60kg n my height is 5'3" I want to increase my weight

take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350 and less than 500
