#AskTheExpert Hello doctor good afternoon my is affected with cold cough from 5days as we are giving syrup for cough and also frequently he is getting fever also please suggest me what can I follow on this . thanks in advance

A. it is very important to prevent temperature variations around the child and also give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination For cold you can give drops maxtra 0.5 ml to the child 2 times per day and try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold
