Ma’am There is no food chart for a three-year-old child because the three year old child can eat everything that’s been prepared at home so give everything that you are eating regularly at home that’s the best food and for an egg I would say if your child is okay having an egg on an every day basis without having lose motions or heat in the body then you can give every day otherwise you can give it on an alternate day basis but one egg one day
