#asktheexpert hello doctor as my child is six months old now I started giving solid food to her ...my question is can I add cow's milk to the porridge ?

A. Hello dear parent! Add just water as of now while preparing porridge. Cow milk should be given only after one year completion. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
