#AskTheExpert hello doc my question is I have 2kids. or dono ka Sam problem h beti 5 sal ki h or beta 2sal6 month ka dono ka hi body weight barta hi nhi h or dono bohot hi dubla patla or kamjor dikhta h baby's ka weight kaise barhai or wo log khana v sahi se nhi khate h sayad bhuk hi nhi lagta

A. gi e them threptin biscuits daily.. Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight .
