Hello Doc, my daughter had two front tooth in her lower jaw after 2 days of her birth. That tooth falls down only after she had some new milk teeth around 18 months old. As of now she has 14 tooth excluding the false teeth that dropped. Still now there is no new 2 milk teeth in her lower jaw( which most of the babies has as their first tooth ). I’m worried about her teething process. Kindly help.

If you are asking that the front lower teeth which were present at birth and shed eventually, then it might be the case that the new teeth will come only by the age of 6 years 
better is to get your child checked clinically by a dentist

These tooth will come when the permanent teeth will start to come around 6-12 years.
So no need to worry.
Babeis they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. Take care
