Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello doc my 11.5 months old child has stopped drinking formula.She is rejecting bottle and sipper bottle also.Can I start giving cow's milk as I feel my breast milk is not enough plus my does not have solids in enough quantity.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby cow milk after one year and if baby don't drink formula milk then you can try it earlier nd add some boiled water too. nd also give baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite. and give baby variety of food. take care
