Hello ma’am Without seeing an understanding what kind of pimples or rashes are happening it is very difficult to suggest you a medicine so I’m just going to advise you to consult a dermatologist ones regarding the same because they have a better and clear knowledge about these things so in this case a dermatologist can help you in the best manner
