#asktheexpert hello doc.. actually am a mother of 5 months old baby and b4 conceive my weight was 60 and b4 delivery in 9months its was 66 and now m 70kg. plz tel how to reduce my weight and m not a bf mother cuz I don't produce milk instead baby fed fm

A. Dear mum, for weight loss, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie, oily, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
