NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. No u shouldn't not eat both at one time,but yes u can have it on separate times,like curd rice in lunch time n egg in breakfast time either in boiled or omelette or scrambled eggs etc in this form u can have not more than 1-2eggs in a whole day
