POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 2 years old boy should be between 12.4 to 13 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. To increase the weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
