See Try to involve your child into activities where in your child’s energy will get channelise your child will be tired after that only your child is going to feel hungry on its own so make sure sure your child is running for at least half an hour every day outside the house you know if your lobby or balcony or something because that way only the energy will be channelised make your child involved in more physical activities and games like that
