A. check any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water, also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes. skip the suspected item apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.

A. Hi mom Pimples on face can be due to heat and sweating. Apply calamine lotion on the face. U can use himalya baby calamine lotion. This will help to get rid of the pimples Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes to avoid heat and sweating.
