#asktheexpert He is 11 month and only 6.8 kgs. what we should do to increase his weight.

A. it is very important to give all types of diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily because by giving them regularly will help in improving the height weight and development of the child DIET : - it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

A. Yes You don’t need to do to increase the weight of your child so it would be advisable as of now you should once consult a nutritionist because she would be able to advise you with a proper diet plan for the child which will help in gaining of proper
