Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you have not mention which type of swelling you are talking about because there are multiple swellings which can be present on the head of the child and accordingly wait and watch policy or treatment is given so kindly meet your doctor for examination

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Stay healthy hydrated
