Many new moms notice hair loss so do t worry...i was prescribed a medicine called Follihair which helped me a lot...Eat eggs as thy are a great source of protein and biotin... Berrieshelp . .spinach. ...fish...sweetpotatoes...Avocados. ...Nuts. ...Seeds.
