You should consult a dermatologist because if there is a patch in the scalp that means the hair is not going to come into that area so can you check with the dermatologist in the meanwhile I would advise you to add some anti-septic liquid into little bit of warm water and rub on to this area and let it be there for 5 to 10 minutes and then watch that area that’s also going to be beneficial and also after that you can apply little bit of onion juice keep it for 30 minutes and wash it
