#AskTheExpert Hai my son is 11months 16days old ,he doesn't drink cow milk or Buffalo milk. He likes only powder milk ,is he get sufficient proteins from powder milk. And suggest me how to start giving cow or Buffalo milk.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...cow or buffalo milk must be given once baby turns one year old.
Teach your baby to eat more fruits and veggies and dry fruits...
The milk consumption will be approx as follows
When they wake up early morning... That time one feed... Probably bf... If u r feeding...else cows milk...
The day time naps will be 2...at that time u can cut one bf and give cows milk...
Then at bed time... U can bf till 18mths...then slowly start weaning from bf by replacing with cows milk...
Use a cup and spoon method of feeding milk... Or if u have trained baby for glass.. Then give in small silver glass.
