#AskTheExpert gud morning sir....... my child is 45 days old ..... he spits up milk ......... once in four five times burp oly ... his weight is 4 kg .... while birth it was 2 .6 kg

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, your baby’s weight gain has been normal, do not worry. Vomiting of milk is common among babies, in spite of burp, do not worry. Continue to burp after every feed. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.

it is all normal.
so don't worry
just offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding
burp your baby in between and after each feeding
