#asktheexpert gud morning sir.. my 5 yrs old baby often crying with leg ache.. sometimes in sleep. what might be the reason? any foods you suggest for bone strength

A. Hai good morning !! Calcium rich foods for bones strength,protein other minerals for muscle strength. Include all seasonal fruits,vegetables,pulses,milk,diary products,nuts,seeds in regular diet . A gentle leg ,calf massage before bed time relieves any cramps and also induces sleep.
