#AskTheExpert gud morning mam..my daughter s age 21 months ..day time she very well..but night time crying for mother milk..mother milk is not good to baby at this time..so is there any option to take feeding for baby mam

mam ,you need to start weaning
for that , give heavy food items like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency
or give warm milk before sleep time which can help to make your child sleep better.

U can continue to breastfeed ur baby till 2-2.5 years if you and your baby are comfortable.
Or u can start to give cow milk or buffalo milk instead of breast milk.
introduce milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups like babyhug sippy cups that attract baby towards outside milk.
