#asktheexpert greetings, since I have started giving my baby solid food my baby is constipated and passes stool every 2-3 days. what can I do to improve the condition?

A. Namaste Mom THe consistency of foods currently needs to be in liquid form , only once baby accepts it well enough you could probably move to semi solid and mashed foods and later to soft . lqiuid such as water is essential to be given
