#AskTheExpert good mrng aj mera 37th week start hua h.....my question is healthy delivery kis week mein hoti h?? this is my 3rd pregnancy phle dono kids 39 weeks mein huye h kya iss baar 39th week se phle delivery ho jygi??? my due date is 26 june

As you are a third gravida there is a chance that the delivery may happen a bit early than before.
So keep your hospital bag ready now itself

follow your gynaecologist the observing doctor will guide you after observation
keep yourself well hydrated
some brisk walk
do some breathing exercises
