#AskTheExpert Good morning sir,My son is 5yrs old.He oftenly faces acidity problem.We never give him any food from outside .He eats only home cooked food with very less oil inspite of this he is having acidity problem.Kindly suggest remedies

A. Start adding hing in cooking meals and give him saunf ka paani a couple of times in a day to relieve acidity and give fruits like apple banana and make sure the child drink enough water
