#AskTheExpert Good morning sir My Son is 54 days old, he cries everytime before peeing,is he feeling some pain during that time or its natural. My wife is not producing enough milk for feeding my baby,is there any other way sir to produce enough milk for feeding my son??

A. Hello gaurdian, please check the urinary area could be rash or infection, for increasing the milk production you may give foods such as flax seeds, oats , garlic, fenugreek, drumstick leaves as well, also jeera or ajwain or saunf water as well , milk, dry fruits, panjiri etc as well would be helpful, also they are supplements like lacto granules, etc that can also be used
