My son is 4.5 years old. Last week he had Covid.Now he is doing fine but from last 2 days he has too much of cough which mainly increases in the evening.
As of now we are just using home remedies such as steam, ginger and honey but his cough doesn't seems to reduce.

give him sitopaladi churn 2gm with honey two times in the day 
Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose.
Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
