#AskTheExpert good morning sir, my baby is 17 months old, he is a premature baby, sir, I'm little bit scared that he didn't had tooth yet is that any serious issue please answer me sir.

sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it can erupt late maximum upto the age of 18 months..so you can wait for some more time or else consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination..

By This age kids normally have at least one or two teeth but since your child is premature like you mentioned you can wait for a month more otherwise if you need to you can take an advice from a child dentist because they can guide you right it is their forte and they can definitely tell you best
