#AskTheExpert Good morning Mam, my daughter is 2.7 year old , she is very active. her weight is just 11 kg around. suggest some nutritious food. some time she feel tired and complain for leg pain. plz advice .

A. hello dear make sure that the child is active and eating well maintain gap Fix meal timings and accordingly give three healthy home cooked meals and include all food groups also massage the legs of the child twice a day consult a doctor for any kind of supplement is required
