Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is gut inf .Diarrhoea may be due to any infection or seasonal changes . Milk should be reduced for some days and give ORS to prevent any type of dehydration. Zinc drop and probiotic can be given for digestion .
