#AskTheExpert Good Morning Doctor, I have on question. Is sunbath safe for newborn for 10-15 minute ?

the best time to get exposed to the sun in early morning during summer , Allow 10 to 15 minutes. you can cover very fine single cotton cloth if sunrays are more intense.

You should give it for 60 minutes at least 40 to 60 minutes on the minimum side on an every day basis but the only thing is that you have to go for indirect Sun Bath for the child not direct once that is going to be very important for healthy absorption of vitamin DWrite Your Answer Here
