U Set an amount of sweets that you are going to give to the child like one in breakfast lunch and then dinner that’s how it is going to work that’s how you can just fix a Kota and that’s what you should be giving if you give too much of sweets it’s going to cause cavities and in the later stage it’s not going to be good so if you set it is going to be good enough for you
