Hi dear good morning It might be due to some infection Plz visit your peadtrician he may suggest some specialist later pls go to skin specialist, and dnt apply anything without counslting to doctor, as sometimes it may spread too. it seems like some bacterial infections... I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
