#AskTheExpert Good afternoon sir, My baby is only 8 years 6 months old and her weight is 46 kgs , she will have normal food only as we are vegetarian we won't prefer either outside food nor junk food . kindly suggest us what we should do

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello obesity can at times be due to heriditory also and if the child is active may not be a problem and also engage your child in some physical activity which can be of help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide
