From yesterday evening my daughter is having fever, 99.6 measured from underarm on a digital thermometer. I gave crocin 0.8 ml and it worked for 6 hrs and after that fever came again 99.4 . Now she is having mild nose congestion. All the people in family are also having sore throat, headache, vomiting etc. what should I do now for my daughter?

for your 3 month old baby, stick to the good  home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using  nasal saline drops, give paracetamol drops in proper dose . If fever idms high grade than do Consult your paedritician .

ok . continue with formula.
as your baby has blocked nose ,use Nasal saline drops or Babyhug nasal aspiratior for this.
you can give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves

oh.sorry as your child is 3 months old , please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk.
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial Infections.

no need of Medicine.
because it is normal.
temperature 100f or above is considered as fever.
so ,just keep your child well hydrated.
give Luke warm water to drink.
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
