#AskTheExpert from 2nd trimester what are all the foods to eat ?

A. One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lots Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of protein food like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, calcium folic acid is important supplement in pregnancy.

A. my advice will be to take a chart from the nutritionist as according to all your report blood test the doctor will give a diet chart accordingly keep your self well hydrated avoid papaya pine apple take care
