many times white spots can occur in children at multiple sites on body but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application (atogla / sebamed ) or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away.

if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity thedn you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection, worms infestation also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
give plenty ofd water to drink.

hello can be due to dry skin so use mild baby lotion like Babyhug but something unusual then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
