A. daily give vit d enrich food like cow milk, orange juice,oatmesl, mushrooms,tofu, orange juice, all dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, egg yolk, soymilk , cereals, fatty fish, and other milk products.

A. But my child is lactose intolerant so dairy products can't be given.
