A. Food for babies after 2 years should be almost same as adults, with minimal spices and oil. Start making him sit and eat with you even if he eats less. Let him develop taste for it. You can include oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, etc.
