Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children4 years agoA. As the baby is 9 months old you can give all the three meals to the baby in between snacks supplementing breast milk or formula milk.
can give dal rice khichdi ragi porridge sooji upma oats sabudana poha idly dosa cheela chapati daliya paratha curds buttermilk all the seasonal fruits vegetables soups etc to the baby
avoid giving salt and sugar till the baby completes a year
add some ghee in the baby's meals
