Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! As baby is seven months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes - Mashed banana, chikoo, papaya , steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple , sooji, Dalia, oats, porridge, idly, dosa, Home made cerelac, Soaked roti with dal/curd. give adequate water and fluids (Dal water, rice starch, barley, soups)
