A. Dont give strain to the baby during your breast feeding. Keep the babys head little elevated position which will be helpful to get the milk from your breast. Also ensure proper burping sound from the baby after taking the milk. Mild massage can be given in the backside of babys shoulder in order to get the burping sound.
