A. Hi mom To reduce weight start with the exercise Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help to shed extra kilos from the body. u can also do cycling jogging dance gym etc Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
