Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age
it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child
meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell zyou how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it canz lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. This may be due to tear duct blockage so I’m just going to recommend you that you kindly consult your doctor one time they’ll tell you the massage that you need to do on the note of your child which is going to be beneficial in reducing down the problem
