For good immunity u can include fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, garlic, ginger, paneer, milk, curd, sprouts, eggs, oats, daal in the diet
And for supplement if the child is picky eater you can start with zincovit but as a safety precaution you can consult a doc for the doses..
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. give zincovit That would be the best supplement to give as of last of all the elder one you can definitely give 5ML once in a day for one month and for the younger one you can give 2.5 ML once in a day for an entire month that would be the right dosage as of now and still if you have anything more that you want to know or anything you can definitely always consult your doctor for it
