#asktheexpert Due is to some circumstances I was unable to walk or excises does that stop me from having a normal delivery am now in 9th month

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no different factors involved during delivery which is a normal physiological process. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

Atleast go for walking every day
No need to worry
Delivery may occur normal if you have enough energy and there is no complications
At that time you can drink castor oil few spoon to produce normal delivery naturally while you may feel pain
