#asktheexpert dr my baby is 7 months old, I start feed him dal and rice water, I don't understand how many quantity have to feed him. and how many intervals have to feed. I started him spinach, beetroot, carrot and other vegetables soup, is that ok to start other items.? please explain the quantities and interval of feeding
