Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hii...yes whatever the mother eats will directly affect the baby as it goes through the breastmilk to ur baby.
Eat healthy food so that u get enough milk supply for ur baby.
If your baby is exclusively breastfed, try to change your dietary intake to see if something you are consuming is leading to constipation or gas issues in your child.
